Direct to Consumer

• Execute, Test and Track email campaigns.
• Building and maintaining PDPs on M.com.
• Work with Product Managers on Performing QA, UAT and Regression Testing + Publish blog posts as
needed with applicable meta.
• Process Orders and Returns for Retail Dot Com.
• Track inventory for upcoming promotions and product launches for M.com. + Manage backorder and out
of stock items on M.com.

• Manage and Traffic Creative Tickets.
• Amazon Seller Central: Manage the FBA Order Process, Monitor Amazon Seller Central store front and
open customer support cases as needed.
• Amazon: Setup new products, update content and pull daily sales reports.
• Amazon Advertising: Sponsored Product Campaigns, Headline Search Ads and Enhanced Brand Content.
