Account/Project Manager

• Managed marketing projects for Personal Creations, an FTD e-commerce brand
specializing in personalized gifts running on distinct holiday seasons (seven total) with projects running concurrently for overlapping seasons.

• Tracked resource hours and tasks for the creative department: four graphic designers and two copywriters. Assisted the Creative Director and Marketing Director in prioritizing projects submitted by cross-functional in-house marketing teams.

• Thoroughly vetted each project before kick-off for onboarding, created project schedules, monitored progress and was point of contact for key stakeholders.

• Successfully implemented a new project management plan for the organic social team allowing full visibility on a monthly project that was previously known for vague statuses, deadlines and scope creep.

• Assisted in the streamlining, documentation and implementation of new project management procedures between the marketing and creative departments.

department workflow for the in-house creative team.
