Manager, Product Management Event Technology

Lead the strategy, development and growth initiatives of products and programs intended to help small businesses succeed. ?Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the product roadmap, find product market fit, create go to market strategy, ideate with demand generation, and support the ability to sell with speed based on product quality.
 - Drove target customer understanding and segmentation to focus on top three target verticals that showed a 25% P>W rate on a much larger TAM.
-  Developed marketing strategy for top of funnel in close partnership with product and demand gen - new creative and messaging drove 20% increase in prospects MoM.
- Accelerated win rate for Keap Grow by testing new lower price reduced price by 50% and increased wins by 200%... showing elasticity with cost conscious small businesses.
- Led GTM efforts with product, sales, support, retention and coaches and launched a number of major capabilities that led to 207% increase in adoption.

Product Marketing Manager

? Led organization rebrand (Infusionsoft to Keap), orchestrated the launch of an all new brand/marketing website, with upwards of 5000 branded assets, utilizing a team of 30 individual contributors and 2 creative agencies
? Increased department output by 24% by translating stakeholder feedback to design and development teams, and monitoring and streamlining existing processes.
? Led cross departmental strategy to develop and introduce new products, ?define brand outcomes, set KPI goals, and shape the product roadmap.

Brand Marketing Manager

Led the overall marketing efforts and initiatives including the marketing website, agency relationships, demand generation as well as defined and managed the updated athlete and ambassador influencer strategy.
? Ensured seamless demand planning and forecasting by managing the update and redesign of the marketing website including integration with existing ERP system (Netsuite) and implementing a marketing tech stack.
? Grew awareness of a 30 year business from 5% to 40% over a year and a half by identifying and managing agency for company rebrand, enabling increased brand unity across initiatives, social platforms, and emerging markets.
? Helped asset management team create a system to reduce lost and damaged assets reducing shrinkage by 56% and refined the company owned property usage guidelines and resource allocation system for end users.

Marketing Product Manger

Managed the architecture, implementation, and administration of custom internal CRM/CMS software. Oversaw multiple functions including resource allocation, feasibility studies, analysis, UI/UX design and wire-framing, programming, product testing, P&L, implementation, and adoption reporting/insights.
? Engaged with internal team to analyze and document business processes and build custom software to increase productivity
? Led and managed a software dev. team of 8 remote employees utilizing agile and scrum methodologies

Product Manager

Performed Front-end web development with focus on UX design and javascript based interactions.
Created elegant and scalable designs and latest web development methodologies resulting in on time and budget website builds with an average 3.5% increase on conversion per implementation.


Front End Developer

-Marketing Project Manager over stores and web
-Tasked with the continued perfection of aesthetic while building out and maintaining current store fronts. 
-Managed all web and media updates as well as Front End code maintenance.

Project Manager

-Provided support for Communications Director as well as deadline management. ? -Helped build a content aggregation site including over ten years of content, at one point grossing over 35,000 unique visitors daily.

-Directed requisition and maintenance of rescue and survival tools, job training assets/ advanced learning material resulting savings of over $400,000.?
-Managed and maintained all load bearing equipment for 3 arctic deployments.
