Achievements:
•	Developed sales strategy for digital CNC Tabletop wire-bending machine. Focused on sales strategy, distribution targets, and the execution in multiple channels of trade leading to the 130% increase in sales.

•	Revitalized sunglass brand for a recently acquired consumer products company. Developed go-to-market marketing and sales strategy focused on e-commerce, social media and point of purchase promotion. Created uniform brand messaging for retailers and consumers increasing sales by 160% in six months.

•	Developed new product designs for metal, plastic and combination frames focused on color, lens, and product packaging. Launched product as a luxury brand appealing to retailers and exceeding distribution forecast.

Marketed and distributed premium product brands including Gargoyles, Anarchy, Angel, and Body Glove brand sunglasses. Directed product development and sales as the Premium Division General Manager.  Created brand vision, sales force, and key account development. Managed marketing and product development departments to support brand and distribution initiatives for merchandising teams.

Achievements:
•	Built new sales and marketing strategy to counter declining sales in the premium-pricing segment. Researched current market segment identifying product quality and price competition issues. Launched entry-level price point strategy increasing sales by 200% with multi-trade channels, e-commerce, social media and point-of-purchase marketing.
        
•	Worked with company marketing, customer service, finance, sales representatives and distribution to establish a new accounts sales process and training. Developed an introductory brands letter, product catalog, and pricing policies.

DIRECTOR, ACTION SPORTS

Lead US premium product development, sales forecasting, budgeting, P&L, product lines, distribution, and branding. Served as a member of Alain Mikli International managing the re-launch of the Vuarnet brand in the US.

Achievements:
•	Introduced new branding strategy for Vuarnet for the US market. Worked with skilled consumer product advertising agency and public relations firm to create a US marketing strategy. Reestablished vintage product lines and introduced new designs to appeal to existing and new customers. Increased US sales by 132% within the first year.

•	Established US field sales force to move the company beyond e-commerce marketing. Hired representatives within key consumer product markets and independent consumer product representative for secondary markets. Launched US sales exceeding forecast and maintaining less than 3% returns.

U.S. SALES DIRECTOR

Managed Premium brand sales and product training for the Northeast Region including six New England states and New York. Marketed brands including Chanel, Ray-Ban, D&G, Versace, Polo, Bvlgari, Tiffany and Persol. Maintained relationships with 21 independent sales consultants. 

Achievements:
•	Introduced account rebates for sales offering a credit to reduce return rates. Resulted in the lowest regional company return rates. 

•	Expanded company sales from $11 to 19 million within three years by improving team communications and incentives. Maintained 18% annual sales growth with teamwork and growing sales with existing accounts.
