I'm an extremely hard worker with  a 'whatever it takes' attitude. I'm  not afraid to take calculated risks,  work long hours, or get a team  together to finish a project. I find  myself naturally leading a group  of peers, but also and know when  to learn from someone with more  experience.

Manage the inside sales team and sales operations 

At BEGA, quality is synonymous with its name.  We hire the best because we build the best; quite simply "BEGA sets the standard".  It is my primary responsibility to make sure the needs of employees and the company are met, all while upholding the highest standard of quality.  I am responsible for the recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding of all light industrial positions, as well as the benefits management for all employees (including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k), and FSA125).  In addition, I am often involved with employee issues, investigations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.  Keeping our employees happy is essential, and I am tasked with planning and managing events through out the year to keep up moral; this includes picnics, lunches, holiday parties, breakfasts, and more. 

Human Resources Assistant

Thousand Oaks Powersports is one of Southern California's most rapidly growing powersports dealers.  With KTM, Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Triumph brands under their roof, and the ability to serve customers who own any type of motorcycle, TOPs has become a local hub for all things moto.  With one of the largest parts, garments, and accessories departments in the area, we were able to draw customers for hundreds of miles away.  I held many positions at Thousand Oaks Powersports, but most notably, I was the Parts Manager.  I was responsible for a staff of 10, making sure there was proper coverage at all times, and upholding the TOPs standard for customer service.  I wrote, developed, and implemented an orientation process for new hires of every department, as well as trained employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and the importance of customer retention.  In addition, I was also heavily involved in all aspects of marketing and promotions, planning numerous events and sales.
