I'm a creative director and senior graphic designer with the creativity and project management skills to bring big ideas to life. I have seven years of experience in leading the design process from conceptualization to delivery. I'm interested in teaming up with bold, mission-driven companies that think outside of the box.

When it comes to design, my passion lies in the storytelling side of things. I am naturally drawn to the power that well-constructed narratives can generate — narratives that can transport us into someone else's reality and conjure our deepest sense of humanity. By telling rich and compelling stories, both written and visual, we have the power to decide how we relate to the world we live in.

In 2023, I joined forces with two friends to work on an exciting project passion: launching a magazine designed to help empower girls with internal confidence to navigate girlhood and beyond. With articles focused on financial literacy, mental health tools, career interviews, reader-submitted content, and more, our content is sprinkled with humor, vulnerability, and expert guidance, all wrapped in a design-forward zine.

• Drives the creative vision and establishes the design direction of the publication, defining its overall aesthetic, tone, and brand identity. 
• Manages the complete design lifecycle, spearheading concept development, refining layouts, and supervising final print production to deliver cohesive, visually striking issues.
• Collaborates with the editorial team to synchronize visual storytelling with thematic content, writing articles as needed. 
• Conceptualized, developed, and launched the company website, strategically extending the magazine’s brand identity into the digital realm with a seamless user experience.

Co-Founder, Lead Designer

As one of two members of creative department that serveed entire company, my role extended from designing branding, print, and packaging to leading large-scale visual campaigns, experiential events, and photoshoots. 

• Oversaw creative execution and branding for 41 in-house restaurant concepts, designing assets and ensuring cohesive storytelling across print, digital, and environmental design.
• Secured 7 multi-million-dollar airport concession contracts by designing, writing, and managing complex, 350+ page proposals, balancing creativity with high-stakes strategy under tight deadlines.
• Conceptualized large-scale experiential events, enhancing customer engagement and elevating brand visibility in high-traffic environments. 
• Managed and produced photoshoots in high-traffic airport environments, coordinating talent, logistics, and real-time problem-solving to help capture visuals.
• Hired and collaborated with vendors, brand partners, architects, and photographers to execute projects ranging from marketing campaigns to interior design elements.
• Overhauled department workflow by integrating automated software (Asana), decreasing missed deadlines by over 50% and improving efficiency and cross-team collaboration.

Associate Creative Director | Sr. Graphic Designer

•  Transformed digital presence to attract donors by creating graphic assets and leading a full website redesign
• Led the creation of ICRI's inaugural Giving Tuesday campaign and designed all visual assets, which raised thousands of dollars for emergency health in Nepal

Freelance Graphic Designer & Consultant

• Brainstormed marketing strategies and contributed content weekly to social media
• Researched and wrote frequent blog posts in line with industry trends, company values, and client needs
• Designed, organized, and compiled price book of thousands of company products
• Crafted and published electronic newsletters for current and potential clients

Social Media Manager

Worked with Google to provide support for and aid in the development of OnHub and Google Wifi, Google's first foray into the world of wireless routing.

• Spearheaded the creation of reliable Twitter support by organizing, managing and integrating Google Wifi within the @madebygoogle handle. Singlehandedly managed all Twitter user support.
• Managed an online community of 4500+ users. Interacted with forum users on a variety of topics, including support cases, pre-sales discussions, product branding, and hardware questions.
• Aided in management of public help center by researching, writing, maintaining, and publishing technical product articles and updates. Managed help center localization for international product launches.
• Created weekly and monthly reports to pinpoint goals for maximizing user engagement, improving technical support, and streamlining support processes.
• Performed quality assurance for a team of 20+ customer service reps and subject matter experts. 
• Trained and supported a team of social/support agents.

Community Manager

• Provided hands-on technical support to thousands of customers via phone and email.
• Supported the launch of OnHub and Google Wifi in both US and international markets.
• Supported engineering team by working as front line defense to identify technical errors and hardware issues in their early stages, tackling new issues and bugs as they arose.
• Created and managed Standard Operating Procedures to streamline support process and create consistency across team operations.
• Worked with the user design and product team to offer insight on a variety of product designs and features.

Technical Support Representative, QA Specialist

•	Marketed the company to fellow students, professionals, business owners, and campus representatives, through classroom pitches, personal meetings and presentations
•	Helped market the company through the distribution of flyers and posters
•	Generated interest in Projected Talent and recruited users to the sign up for the company's site

Campus Ambassador

•	Assigned to write several lifestyle pieces per week for consumption by site readers
•	Proofread site for erroneous content and technical errors
•	Reviewed local businesses, varying from restaurants to live theater to clothing stores
•	Worked closely with company founders to creatively contribute to the design and layout of website
•	Helped generate new site visitors through marketing campaigns, including tabling and live events
