- Work with B4BC Event Manager in creating and expanding B4BC events and fundraisers including B4BC Snow + Music Festival and Shred the Love winter series, collectively raising over $60,000 towards outreach + support programs within 3 months - Recruit, contract, and coordinate vendors, event sponsors, volunteers and staff at nationwide events - Manage B4BC activations (outreach, booth management, set-up, tear-down, volunteer coordination) at events including XGames, Dew Tour, Super Girl Pro, Legendary Banked Slalom, etc.

- Create and coordinate outreach events focusing on breast cancer prevention and a healthy, active lifestyle using surf, skate, and snow as our platform - Create stimulating digital assets/deliverables regarding B4BC events, fundraisers and news, ensuring timely delivery to partners - Manage B4BC brand and voice on social media platforms by creating inspiring, empowering content focused on a healthy, active lifestyle - Work closely with Executive Director and Marketing and Outreach Manager to develop various events and fundraisers

- Represent and promote Oakley's brand, lifestyle, and products - Visited national accounts including Dicks Sporting Goods, Zumiez, The Sports Authority, etc. to visual merchandise and optimize in-store product displays in order to generate sales - Create relationships with store employees and managers to build connection between accounts - Execute special projects and merchandising plans

- Manage 50+ merchandising agents (each agent territory comprised of 10-40 stores) representing Oakley products for national accounts - Provide in store assistance and ongoing training support for agents as well as operations oversight - Host Video conferences periodically to check-in with agents and uptain employee morale and enthusiasm - Responsible for Agent store report to include inventory, employee product knowledge base, customer service, and merchandising - Daily communication between ThirdChannel agents and Oakley Field Marketing Representatives - Coordinate all logistical operations for special project execution specific to each business account - Work with the Recruiting team to initiate new agent training, and map store list territories - Provide continuous support and follow up for agents in the field - Coordinate the planning, scheduling and execution of all special projects meeting required client specifications - Build relationships with store managers and empl
