I have over twelve years of management experience within Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, and general Operations Management. I spent eight years serving as an integral member of the management team for a multi-million dollar company in the Off-Road industry. During my 8 years there I simultaneously managed all aspects of accounting, payroll, and human resources. I have plenty of social marketing, promotional, and tradeshow experience - having worked the Off Road Expo and SEMA shows from 2009 until 2015, as well as many other shows across the country. I also vast experience with purchasing, logistics, event planning, partnerships, and sponsorship relations.

My ultimate goal is to move into a position which will allow me to utilize my broad range of knowledge, skills, education, and certifications to optimize an organization within the Extreme Sports industry. 

Human Resources / Employee Relations
Remotely serve as a consultant and advisor for Human Resources and Employee Relations matters – including, but not limited to benefits administration, classification and compensation analysis, employee recruitment & testing, ERP / HRIS system management, training programs, payroll changes, labor & employee relations, records management.

Risk Management
Remotely serve as a consultant and advisor for Risk Management matters – including, but not limited to safety programs, general liability insurance, and workers’ compensation.

Accounting / Fin ance
Remotely serve as a consultant and advisor for Accounting and Financial matters – including, but not limited to general ledger management and project accounting.

Responsible for overseeing, managing, and promoting the most effective use of funds for the City of St. George in the acquisition of goods, raw materials, supplies, capital equipment, contract services, construction projects, and transportation for City departments in accordance with City policies and applicable laws.

Senior Administrative Analyst (11/2020 – 02/2021)
Performed a variety of advanced and complex analytical duties and assignments, which require extensive technical knowledge, initiative, discretion, and judgement; supported the City’s human resource management, risk management, and financial functions; and participated in the development, administration, and coordination of program strategies, policies and procedures.

Accountant (03/2020 – 02/2021)
Performed a variety of professional accounting tasks including processing, approving, and reviewing financial transactions, preparing monthly financial statements, and coordinating the City’s annual audit ; provided professional and technical assistance with the annual budget process ; assigned and review the work of technical and clerical accounting staff; and provided accounting assistance to the Finance Manager.

Administrative Analyst (10/2019 – 11/2020) / Technician (10/2018 – 10/2019)
Performed a variety of analytical level administrative duties in support of City financial, human resources, risk management and purchasing functions; researched, collected, and analyzed data and prepared draft reports; assisted with the development and monitoring of City budgets and Capital Improvement Program; and provided highly responsible administrative duties in support of the Administrative Services Department.

Senior Administrative Analyst / Accountant

Maintained and developed systems and records related to financial activity and other business activities of the school district. Maintained the general ledger, financial records, budgeting, and accounting for the district’s special funds – including Child Nutrition, Adult Education, Charter Schools, Deferred Maintenance, Capital Outlay, Community Facilities Districts, ASB, and Special Education. Utilized San Bernardino County Superintendent of School’s Financial 2000 and Reflection for HP accounting software to manage and oversee income receipts, budgets, fund balances, purchase requisitions, personnel and position requisitions, payables, and reporting. Assisted the Director of Fiscal Services, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, School District’s Board of Education, and Superintendent’s Cabinet with ad hoc assignments and projects as needed.

Accountant

HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR
Serve as the on-site contact for any human resources, payroll, and benefits inquiries. Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process new hires, terminations, benefits, and bi-weekly payroll.

ACCOUNTING
Serve as the on-site contact for any accounting inquiries. Utilize Millennium III accounting software to reconcile and submit vendor invoices for payment. Distribute vendor payments on a weekly basis. 

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to COMPANY PRESIDENT
Manage the office of the company President. Complete ad hoc assignments needed by the President. Represent the President in meetings and decisions when he is out of the office.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Serve as the primary human resources contact for all employees. Process new hires, terminations, and employee benefits. Process payroll and commissions on a semimonthly basis.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Utilize Quickbooks Enterprise for bookkeeping. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure that the company is in good standing with vendors and that customer accounts are current. Perform monthly banking and credit card reconciliations. Manage, file, and pay quarterly sales and fuel taxes. Issue purchase orders to vendors and ensure receipt.

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Create and/or search for content to post to company’s multiple social media platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. 

EVENT AND PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR 
Logistically plan for each event and tradeshow that the company attends. Ensure that all arrangements for each event are taken care of in advance – event registration, staffing, lodging, transportation, etc. Coordinate all on-site promotions and merchandise sales. Interact with customers at events in order to educate them about the company and its products.  

RACE TEAM MANAGER
Prior to each race arrange for all logistics for the team. Ensure that the team is registered and entry fees are paid. Organize the travel and lodging arrangements for each team member. Plan the layout and locations of pit support. Maintain constant contact with sponsors and marketing partners in order to maintain desirable relationships, as well as build relationships with potential sponsors and partners in order to keep the team thriving.

TUTOR – SECONDARY AND INTERMEDIATE 
Work one-on-one with elementary, middle, and high school aged students in order to improve their skills in mathematics, science, reading, and writing.

TEACHER – 18 MONTHS TO PRE-KINDERGARTEN
Lead small classes and educate the students in the fundamentals of numbers, math, reading, and writing in order to advance their early academic careers.

Teacher and Tutor

Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with any questions or inquiries. Pursue and follow up with customers in order to close sales transactions.
