I developed a 30 city index to better track sales movement against both localized and national programs. Additionally this index served to measure saturation and latency for program success, it was through this process that I identified a new potential sales channel. I presented the findings in one of my weekly meetings with executive strategy team members along with a basic go-to-market plan which we fleshed out further, whereupon I was made Channel Lead for the newly formed Athletics Channel. - Mined and processed data from 20,000+ retail stores to refine existing forecasts while maintaining inventory tracking - Designed, updated, and presented dashboards, along with supporting analytics files, to executive team on a weekly basis - Created a 30 city index, with 6 regional subsets, to track program impact against sales both locally and nationally - Analyzed sales patterns against inventory to inform sales forecasting and production timelines
