In this multifaceted contract role with Egencia (The Expedia Group's Business Travel Management Platform) I work closely with B2B Sales and Marketing teams driving initiatives to impact overall brand growth and awareness. This B2B marketing role is split between Social Media Marketing (75%) and Field Marketing (25%).
Social:
Consultation on social strategy, copywriting for organic social channels with focus on brand tone and effective CTA's.
• 72% growth in organic sales qualified leads resulting in $25m of new accounts closed
• Increased followers across all social channels by 166%
• Increased impressions across all social channels by 71%
• Increased engagement across all social channels by 35%

• Lead the implementation of employee social selling tools, resulting in 5,500 new users to the website and lead conversions resulting in over a 50% increase in time on site from employee referrals

Marketing Manager, EGENCIA

As Sales Manager, I leveraged Turnstyle Brands leading brand position by directing distribution or movement of product to the B2B customer; including acquisition of new accounts, maintaining contact with key accounts and customers and nurturing the brands to the customer. Served as the subject matter expert on issues relating to sales and marketing initiatives. Responsible for the development and execution of the sales and marketing strategies for the Turnstyle portfolio of brands including social media, events, web presence, sponsorship and community outreach.

Responsibilities included:
• Created and implemented strategic sales plan, resulting in new account acquisition and increased sales from current accounts. Resulting in 50+ new account acquisitions with 100% retention of existing accounts, 30% revenue growth
• Established social strategies, marketing plans, content strategies, sales territories, quotas and sales records, account status, order pattern changes and sell through training programs
• Managed training and performance evaluation of sales reps. Provided 25% account growth
• Managed B2B email marketing resulting in a 30% increase of traffic to Turnstyle B2B webpage

Sales/Brand Manager

Managed current accounts in North America, as well as developed new accounts to our dealer network via proactive sales tactics, and managed online marketing campaigns including AdWords / PPC / Social Media / Analytics / SEM-SEO and metrics.  Responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the Independent dealer channel as well as the online arena to increase growth and revenue.

Territory sales, management and brand awareness through various channels (Facebook, Instagram, Blogs of 400+ US, Canadian and Mexican accounts and International distributors.
