Area Manager, Retail | Rental Operations - Northstar California Resort.

Oversee veterinary operations of eighty-four Petco Locations throughout Northern & Central California- Ensure consumer satisfaction needs by delivering quality service, and exceptional guest experience to exceed budget and mission purpose. Conduct consistent store team educational workshops & store/service audits. Identify and capitalize sales mix opportunities and develop strategic solutions in driving profitability. Maintain collaborative relationships with all store vendors, leads, merchandisers in achieving company campaigns. Maintain weekly performance of ten store audits per week reviewing planogram displays, marketing updates and adequate displays, promotional materials. Develop a group of effective, collaborative, store lever leaders through performance reviews and consistent store visits.

Engage store teams with product knowledge to maximize in sales opportunities and exceptional, world-class guest experience. Manage business budgets along with identifying payroll budgets to support Profit and Loss statements and KPIs. Implement loss prevention practices to impact inventory management. Recognize sales mix to identify stores visual merchandising & marketing strategies throughout market, driving strong weekly execution of store visual merchandising and engage in weekly conference with product buyers and suppliers to maximize product sales for each business. Responsible for execution of resort and brand sponsored events alongside public relations, community outreach, and resort operations.

Multi-Store Manager

Build effective collaborative store teams to capitalize and exceed revenue goals while living our Mission. Heavy resort and peak season recruiting- working closely with TA and ensuring effective participation in our community hiring events. Drive business profitability by controlling expenses, identifying sales mix opportunities, and by ensuring store standards and processes for a world class guest experience- Maintain consistent merchandising POP updates & strong relationship with The North Face Buyers & Reps. in determining opportunities for capitalizing and promotional/event execution.
