Was primarily the assistant to the owner of Tomac Bikes. Technician who was responsible for building and shipping of new bikes sold directly to customers. Advised in the development of new bicycles being created. Was responsible for day to day correspondence with customers, via email and phone conversations as the resident “tech” and customer service expert. Was responsible for maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles. Was responsible for organizing, traveling to and participating in all company events, which included race events, Interbike, field-testing, and other expo/marketing events. Was responsible for the creation and installation of the Tomac Interbike booth. Traveled to Taiwan to oversee complete bike builds at our assembly factory. Was responsible for all prototype bike builds and providing feedback on any issues associated with pre-production bikes.
