Flexible staffing model of 4 full time and 20 independent contractors available to assist clients in exceeding their goals. • Outdoor / apparel clients include: USA Mens Rafting Team, Vista Bahn Ski Rentals, Paragon Guides, Friends of Vail Mountain Rescue, Vail Bike Hub, Vail Lacrosse Tournament, Santa Barbara Showdown, Perch Vail. • Led key branding strategy projects including rebuilding Vista Bahn Ski Rentals brand with 42% growth over 6 years from $1M to $1.4M through inbound / outbound marketing analysis of customer segmentations, understanding key market trends, and the complete redesign. • Created brand awareness campaign for Friends of Vail Mountain Rescue for a $2M endowment to achieve pre-defined ROI metrics and performance goals

Titles included: Design Director, Creative Services Manager, Art Supervisor. • Built Creative Services department, an internal ad agency, from zero to $2.2 million budget. • Created strong brand equity resulting in increase in company’s value from $150 million to $1 billion in 16 months. • Managed four external advertising agency partners and an internal design team of five across ten divisions to ensure execution towards goals. • Developed and launched brand through marketing analysis of customer segmentations, understanding key market trends, and design of digital and print collateral. • Elevated team communication and skills through cultivating relationships and individual development plans.
