Reported into the General Manager. Supported the brand team, design team, organizing and facilitating office events while bring positive cohesion of the whole team. 

Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the leadership team, employees, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Team Leadership: Support the onboarding process, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
Project Management: Track and report on project progress, identify potential risks, and measure outcomes to ensure timely delivery.
Executive Support: Provide strategic advice and support to the Managing Director and Leadership Team, acting as a trusted advisor.
Office Operations Management: Oversee and streamline administrative functions for the GT office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate office events, meetings, and team-building activities to enhance collaboration and morale.
Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, including workspace setup and new hire orientation.
Graphic Production Support: Provide assistance with graphic design tasks for the Head of Product, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Chief of Staff

Reported into the SVP of Product Development. Established a design process that would deliver collaboration between product, industrial design, engineering and marketing to create the best looking and on time delivery of product in the market. 

Mentored, inspired and managed the GT product graphic design team, ensuring the design principles and brand guidelines are followed, but guiding them to push their own limits of creative thinking.

Oversaw and reported on project progress, identify potential risks, and measure outcomes to within budget allowed for the 100% on time delivery.

Consulted with Design Engineers, Industrial Designers, Product Managers as well as with the global market leaders to analyze product and market trends, ensuring designs align with regional demands to encourage 15%-25% higher forecast. 

Define and develop brand color palettes, working closely with designers to establish a consistent and impressionable visual identity in order to present new colors, designs, and concepts to global markets and customers, driving 75% more accurate forecasts and market alignment.

Graphic Design Manager

Reported into the VP of Design. Oversaw product graphic design team, the process, production and execution for product color and graphics on multiple brands which included travel to Asian factories for approval on production artwork. 

Presented the GT global colors and graphics to the key stake holders to ensuring accurate forecasts and forging relationship trust for the future projects.

Fostered and expanded the multi brand product graphic design teams generating award winning designs.

Collaborated with cross functional teams to support athlete designs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and sales goals.

Created GT product graphics generating 40% higher global sales with international distributors.

Graphic Design Manager 

Creates and produces color schemes and decals for youth and adult bicycles with a focus on Mongoose and GT.
Consults with and makes recommendations to Product Managers to determine product graphic design needs.
Helps educate and train new staff, and assigns and monitors projects to ensure quality production.

Senior Graphic Designer

Creates and produce print collateral including ads, catalogs, packaging and other POP material for the marketing team with a  main focus on the Mongoose Brand. 
Creates and produces color schemes and decals for youth and adult bicycles.  
Design team collateral such as trailers, jerseys, posters, and clothing with a focus on Mongoose. 
Consults with and makes recommendations to Creative Services Manager and Product Managers to determine product graphic design needs.
Advises CSM on design, completion time, and production methods to meet requirements of bicycle brand, product or promotional products such as POP materials, hang tags, manuals, etc.
Helps educate and train new staff, and assigns and monitors projects to ensure quality production.

Creates and produces color schemes and decals for youth and adult bicycles.
Prepare graphics and photographs for sales sheets.
Develop artwork for vendors.
Organize and maintain decal and design files.
Prepare support material for sales presentations and sales meetings.
