• Restructured logistics contracts and business processes resulting in a 30% reduction in overall spend, more efficient business processes, and improved delivery timelines for both e commerce and retail customers. • Revamped distribution operations. Projects included moving DC from entirely manual operation to automated scanning, packing and shipping, retraining of all distribution personnel on new system and new business processes, establishing OSHA compliant work environment, and continually reducing labor spend through better time management. • Implemented inventory control, cycle count, and year and inventory procedures resulting in much improved inventory accuracy. • Revamped all e commerce operations to allow for substantial growth, better inventory management, increased operational efficiency, and improved customer experience. • Opened 4 new locations within California as well as conducted training and recruiting efforts within those locations during the startup phase.
