Generate new sales with zero marketing budget. Have successfully brought in over one million dollars per year in new sales via existing contacts, tenacity, and the ability to gain clients trust by providing support in an industry most don't know much about. Utilizing my Project management skills ot help drive sales. This is an interesting approach as my clients have told me, they do not feel as if they are being sold a sign, but being informed as to how the process works.

Ran a team of 4 Project Managers and successfully completed over 350 Jiffy Lube sign conversions across California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Alaska and BC Canada. From site survey, code check, implementing corporate design guidelines into those sign renderings, negotiating with vendors, executing contracts with over 100 Franchisees, coordinating fabrication, shipping, installation and wrapping up with final inspections and billing.
