 • Manages licensed marketing development cycle in partnership with in-house creative service department and studio partners such as Disney, Pixar, Marvel and 20th Century Fox, leading all stages of the process including campaign kick-offs, marketing brief development, creative reviews, asset production and licensor approvals to launch final creative chain-wide across 140+ BoxLunch stores, BoxLunch.com and digital marketing channels.
• Oversees and tracks $2M in-store and new store marketing budget, working closely with construction, store operations, real estate and visual marketing teams as well as vendors to execute biweekly chain-wide signage updates across existing locations and build out retail experience for 30+ new stores annually.
• Leads public relations strategy and execution for consumer products initiatives, new store openings and retail events across lifestyle, pop culture, trade and regional media outlets. Key placements include coverage on Nerdist, Hypebeast, Comicbook.com, BuzzFeed, Bustle, Food & Wine, License Global Magazine and Chicago Tribune.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with executive leadership, merchant and planning teams to develop the yearly marketing calendar, executing integrated marketing campaigns and events in partnership with internal social media, retail marketing, ecommerce and digital marketing teams as well as external stakeholders such as studio teams, brand partners, commercial real estate companies and non-profit representatives. 


• Managed PR strategy and influencer outreach programs for Publish Brand Inc.’s in-house apparel labels (Publish Brand, Publish Brand Hers, Team Cozy, FairPlay and Superism).
• Expanded editorial coverage of men’s and women’s product by securing placements on high-circulation media outlets such as Hypebeast, Complex, Cool Hunting, Playboy, Nylon, Racked, Ask Men, Men’s Health, MTV Style and Maxim.
• Partnered with e-commerce team, social marketing department, marketing managers and international distributors to develop global marketing calendar and seasonal communications plans. 
• Tracked and analyzed editorial and social coverage of all brands for ROI reporting, investor meetings, sales presentations and marketing partnership proposals.

Public Relations Manager

• Led PR strategy for men’s lifestyle footwear categories (Vans Classics, Vault by Vans, Vans California Collection and Vans OTW Collection) and supported select action sports product lines. 
• Worked closely with editors, influencers, artists, stylists and agency partners to secure hundreds of product placements per season through online editorials, print stories, designer interviews and celebrity seeding initiatives. 
• Developed global PR briefs in collaboration with product and brand marketing management by identifying key stories, crafting seasonal narratives, defining go-live dates and conceptualizing launch activations for regional adoption.
• Created global press materials for international marketing teams and communicated strategies across regional offices to ensure consistent messaging and execution of men’s lifestyle product stories.
• Tracked and analyzed all editorial coverage to provide in-depth ROI data for Vans’ annual report and VF Corporation’s executive team. 
• Various product launches included: Vans x Star Wars (fall 2015 & holiday 2015), Vans x Disney (fall 2015 & holiday 2015), Vans x Takashi Murakami, Vans x Stampd, Vans Mountain Edition/Weatherized Program, Vans x Taka Hayashi (multiple seasons) and Vans Syndicate 10-Year Anniversary.

Global Marketing Public Relations Coordinator

• Supported the marketing initiatives of the Vans OTW Collection by organizing events, coordinating video production, maintaining category microsite, overseeing website traffic, managing social media accounts and processing key sales account/retail marketing requests under the direction of OTW marketing manager.
• Worked in collaboration with in-house public relations team to expand men’s editorial coverage through media outreach, product placement, showroom presentations and influencer seeding programs.
• Managed “House of Vans” iPhone application database by uploading seasonal inventory, creating visual assets, writing product descriptions, curating news items and issuing push alerts to over 100,000 subscribers for footwear and apparel items marketed on the mobile platform.
