- Responsible for communication with over 50 tenants and management of their needs and requests
- Communicate with the public and assess the market in order to improve each product
- Maintain efficient processes and strive to improve efficiency whenever possible

Marketing and Event Manager

- Design and execute Press and Training events for OEMs such as Audi, BMW, Acura and Honda
- Maintain brand messaging and aesthetic digitally, in print and at live events
- Premium proposal presentation development using Keynote and Powerpoint
- Research venues, travel, experiences and negotiate all contracts and collaborations
- Coordinate comprehensive logistics and onsite management for multi-week events
- Communicate with all media and influencer attendees both prior to and during events
- Source and manage onsite event technology and social media campaign management 
- Oversee and update organizational documents such as media list, status reports, production timelines, registration, run of show, etc.
- Maintain vendor relations and source new vendors for competing bids
- Manage website and digital marketing projects from concept to execution
- Create budgets and provide analytics and ROI reporting
- Develop all event websites and HTML email campaigns

- Oversee production of the 2015 swimwear line, including communication with vendors and sample creation
- Communicate with PR agency to ensure the brand is appropriately represented
- Create all gifting packages and manage internal influencer and media relations and database 
- Execute social media content, manage and analyze brand influence on all channels
- SEO execution and management for e-commerce website and blog
- Responsible for daily blogging and all press release creation and distribution
- Maintain e-commerce product inventory and assure updates are pushed in a timely manner
- Merchandise product for e-commerce and promotional collateral 
- Process all e-commerce orders and provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Use the Magento platform to maintain UI and update content as needed with basic HTML
- Daily blogging for SEO using Wordpress
- Facilitate wholesale orders and drop ships for national and international accounts
