Properly categorizing and labeling payment dates, reference numbers and accounts numbers based on specific invoices. Providing excellent organizational skills in ensuring  payments made on time, keeping up with payment schedules and net payment allowances. Basic proficiency and competence in all Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook as well as QuickBooks.
