-Relationship buidling - Holding the primary point of contact for over 200 cast members, ensuring seamless communication between the cast members, my team, and the executive Director for the Network. Leveraging a creative eye for recruiting a suitable cast, developing personalized questions that aligned with both the individual and the specific needs of the show. - Interviewing 15+ competitors via Zoom calls per day, and having a solid grasp on their skills and personality to ensure they are qualified and have what the network is looking for. - Creative writing: writing up "pitch pages" that grade potential cast members' skills and personalities for a competition show, while including their story development, and delivering pitches to the Network team weekly.

Co- Coordinating Producer for Ponderosa, Survivor Seasons 38-40 - In charge of travel/logistics for cast - Coordinating and scheduling day-to-day activities for the cast - Being the main point of contact between cast members and the executive producers, and reporting to the executive producers daily for smooth communication regarding the cast members' logistics/schedules. - Collaborating with production crews (producers, camera dept., audio) with coordinating cast interviews and activities
