Assisted in collecting approximately three thousand marine invertebrates through snorkeling, SCUBA diving and reef walking. Extensively photographed, measured, and collected DNA samples of each specimen to be identified through morphology and DNA testing. • Assessed the biodiversity throughout Saipan by focusing on a variety of marine invertebrates. • Prepared specimens for storage and cataloging into the BYU-Hawaii natural history museum. • Aided students who will be presenting this research at the yearly Asia Pacific Academy of Science, Education and Environmental Management Conference held in Saipan.

Performed identification of specimens collected as part of the Saipan Marine Invertebrate Biodiversity Project.
