I am an innovative marketing professional who has recently relocated from the Midwest to Southern California. I have a seasoned footprint in the technology industry and am highly motivated to continue my maturing career in fashion, fitness, and/or action sports. My most recent professional endeavor brought me to a local Minneapolis non-profit servicing homeless youth, where I served as the Director of Marketing and Communications. In this role, I not only managed 400+ active volunteers, but I initiated and directed an entire rebrand of the organization. 
·	In 18 months, built and implemented a comprehensive marketing plan that would catapult the nonprofit organization from a drop-in center to a fully operational transitional housing facility for homeless youth
·	Curated all content for internal and external stakeholders and constituents through online platforms, media relations, press releases, donor letters, annual reports, newsletters, and other collateral 
·	Lead the vendor selection and implementation project for the database that will support 1000+ volunteer records, 2,500+ donors, and a refined volunteer cultivation

Director of Marketing and Communications

·	Developed robust and innovative thought leadership programs to build social selling capabilities and optimize the overall digital experience for customers 
·	Operationalized story development, content creation, and amplification of a multi-media content strategy to increase SAP brand engagement and demand generation responders
·	In 5 months, sourced and published 100 top-performing blogs by driving the day-to-day management of the editorial calendar
