This included but was not limited to:
*Aggregating live market data and incorporating it into forecasts and production launches.
*Appropriately time phasing availability to meet market needs.
*Communicating with factories and other planning teams to facilitate syndication of process and philosophy.
*Provide feedback to product development teams on sales and market trends as they pertain to the various product lines.
*Digital management and administration of product lines for Blizzard, Tecnica, and Nordica.

Piloted an internship program within the Service Excellence department which ultimately led to the recognition and hiring into a dedicated Supply Planing role for both Alpine Brands (Blizzard/Tecnica and Nordica)
