*Develop and lead team in receiving and processing high volume shipment per company standards, ensuring new product gets placed immediately and identify any "trap and hold" product for future release dates *Ensure fast selling items are quickly replenished *Set product with special launches and specific launch dates *Develop and lead team in executing seasonal floorsets per corporate directive *Map store to align with floorset directive *Execute Visual and Promo updates weekly/as directed *Teach expected Visual presentation and closing standards to management teams and associates *Locate and process RTV's, damages, STS transfers and MD's *Communicate with and assist Hurley and Nike reps to ensure SIS is strongly represented *Execute window updates as directed *Drive sales within door and provide a unique customer experience *develop team to sell and hit or exceed personal sales goals
