Digital Operations Director

A  focus on creating new & compelling digital experiences for the Skullcandy consumer. Overhauling the discounting/voucher structure to prioritize profitability, while growing customer base. Working with partners at Big Commerce to set a roadmap for platform wide promotional improvements. Developing the communication/education plan for an ever increasingly complex product offering, while keeping true to the brand message. Be the analytical link between our internal creative dept. and external development agency.

Sr. Manager Digital Experience

Project financial goals & key drivers to support that growth, both in the short & long term. Developed North American specific marketing plans & product mix. Project leader for expansion of Ecommerce into Canadian market in 2016. Mapped out UX/UI improvements along with follow ups on the performance of those changes. Managed a project to move from a 3rd party warehouse, to our own fulfillment. Work closely with our digital marketing agency to develop action plan around North American traffic & engagement tactics. Put in place a process to fill warranties direct with consumers through our own dot com. 

Ecommerce Manager

Managed the direct to consumer sales channel for the US. Worked with the global team in Finland on Marketing & Product launch calendars. Developed a strategy with local commercial teams on the principals of own Ecommerce. Further developed the influence marketing channel. 

Managed the EDI relationships & expansion for portfolio of brands. Managed the B2B site for preseason & reorder bookings. Developed tools for external rep force. Handled the migration to SAP from an internal ERP system.
