With over ten years of experience in marketing and digital strategy, I am a creative and versatile professional who can design and execute effective campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. I have a strong background in graphic design, data storytelling, online marketing, and branding and certifications in HubSpot Sales Software, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.

My most recent role was as the Digital Experience Director at YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas. I led the successful strategy development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing, including online, mobile, social, text, search, display, interactive, and platform integration. I also developed digital content, owned and managed all digital properties, and optimized e-commerce. Previously, I collaborated with Cadmium's marketing and product marketing teams to support website design and content marketing and led the digital merging of five companies into one cohesive brand. I have also won multiple awards for my graphic design and packaging work, and I am fluent in German, with some experience in French and Chinese.

I led the successful strategy development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing including

--- SEO --- We increased our SEO rankings after I rewrote web content, revamped our link strategy, and developed new unique images.
--- Advertising --- I created and implemented a grant program for Google Ads that allowed us to execute advertisement across Google and YouTube at no charge to the organization.

Digital Experience Director

At Cadmium, we empower associations to harness the power of learning experiences. We stand at the intersection of event, learning, and video technology, providing an integrated suite of solutions that streamline event management and continuing education.

I collaborated with the marketing and product marketing teams to support website design and content marketing across email, social, and collateral. 

I scoped and created templates for best practices on social media, HubSpot, webinars, and other channels. I also designed presentations, signage, and trade show collateral.
