 I started IMpower Clothing Company in 2010 to show people that if you try hard enough in life nothing is impossible, and you can achieve anything with hard work. 
 If I want to accomplish something I am going to find out how, and do it myself. I may take on to many tasks, and push myself to hard sometimes, but I have learned from that, and have become a stronger more driven, and smarter person. I have designed all my clothing myself, and have found all my competitors weaknesses, and flaws, and have found a way to market a strong brand while changing some kids lives while doing it. I look towards people who have inspired me such as Sean Parker. Most people don’t know him, but he might not be a millionaire at the time, but he is now, and it’s not so much that he made money, but he also changed the music world for the rest of our lives. Sean Parker was the founder of Napster.com, and he changed the game of music as we know it, and this is what I want to accomplish with my clothing company. I want to change the game and IMpower the Next Generation with my clothes.

Founder / CEO

o Provide a 30 minute visit to at least 40 retail stores (Best Buy, Radio Shack, Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club, Walgreens, Office Depot, Staples, AT&T, BJs, Micro Center, Tiger Direct and Photo Specialty stores) per week
o Build relationships with General Manager and retail staff working in the Imaging, Mobile, MP3, Gaming and Computing departments
o Distribute sales & marketing collateral including a Mobile Training Platform (sellSanDisk) to appropriate retail staff
o Educate retail staff on the SanDisk Retail Brand Strategy and the benefits of SanDisk products over competition, gain mind-share
o Schedule in store Demo Days providing education to consumers and sales lift to retailer
o Manage placement of POP in appropriate stores, gain facings if possible
o Note placement and inventory levels of SanDisk products in the stores based upon the SKU list per chain and the Plan-o-grams

o Submit a comprehensive report on progress, successes, challenges, risks and failures on a daily basis

o Travel and assist channel marketing team members at trade shows and expos to promote SanDisk products across various audiences
o Attend Nikon Schools to educate photographers on high performance, high capacity SanDisk memory cards
o Expose SanDisk brand to new target markets by planning experiential marketing events

Field Marketing Representative

•	Understands SanDisk’s business strategy and branding. Routinely collaborates with SanDisk branding attorneys,   	program managers, technical customer managers, manufacturing factories, and outside vendors.
•	Designs product labels, forms, and processes aligned with SanDisk corporate branding.
•	Meets regularly with remote teams in Milpitas and Malaysia teams via WebEx, video conferencing, and Skype. Despite time zones and distance, have been able to develop strong relationships and collaborative partnerships.
•	Ability to create product label solutions by generating graphic mock-ups and layouts to multifaceted groups (manufacturing, technical customer managers, program managers) within SanDisk organization.
•	Works on multiple projects, with shifting timelines, and able to quickly multi-task between graphic projects at a moment’s notice, and still meeting requested deadlines.
•	Authors work instructions (WI)/standard operating procedures for labelling SanDisk ESS drives. 
•	Supports brand and project teams to meet category objectives for product labels (for example: security branding on labels, new label design, and testing label materials).
•	Manages packaging/label options. Develops and tests label components modified as necessary to meet consumer requirements, functional parameters, cost targets, and manufacturing and shipping requirements.
•	Implements quality control and testing measures for label layouts and test prints (using Zebra printer technology).
