In my own words
— Chris

I’m a former Navy Corpsman and Diving Medical Technician, who served with the U.S.
Marines and SEAL Teams. I have 4 combat deployments and years of training. Throughout this time, I’ve learned techniques to overcome my own negative self talk and gain confidence and become successful. Now I help other achieve the same.

Interests include; ultramarathons, Trail running, Surfing, Gym, Swimming (pool/open water), Photography.

“Why am I even trying?” “I’m not good enough” Does this sound familiar? I help athletes, military candidates and everyone in between overcome those mental blocks and hurdles to gain confidence and perform at their best.
