Provided leadership and strategic direction in the Front Range for Copper Mountain Resort. Developed and executed business strategies and tactics. Monitored ongoing progress of business plan to goal and adjusted as needed. Managed all distribution channels and personnel in the Front Range to maximize revenue and visitation. Generated over $5M in sales and managed annual budget for the business unit.

Front Range Sales Manager

2003 – 2009

Responsible for sales of lift tickets and passes for Copper Mountain, Winter Park, and Steamboat resorts in the Front Range. Scheduled and set up multiple events throughout the fall including all staffing, training, and management of personnel. Developed and maintained strong partnerships with Front Range ski shops for sales of Intrawest products. Managed all off-site ticket accounts and ticket promotions to include invoicing and account reconciliation.

Regional Sales Manager

1998 – 2003

Promoted year-round sales of the resort to local Colorado residents and drive market states. Responsible for sales growth of lift tickets, season passes, and summer activities to groups, companies, wholesalers, and individuals. Represented the resort at events and shows.
