Achieve yearly sales targets of $750,000 YOY across all categories. Organize and execute regional marketing campaigns to align with corporate initiatives and increase brand awareness to drive sales. Utilize MDF and COOP funds to create an impactful brand experience with key Burton partners. Plan and execute regional and national tradeshows with booth designs for showcasing and selling product lines. Attend corporate pre-line meetings to preview, critique, and advance future product line development. Conducted in-depth product line presentations for all Burton categories, catering detailed product mixes at a regional level for successful sell-in and sell-through.
