Strategic Market Analyst

Responsible for completely restructuring an existing BTB distributor-based sales model into a DTC e-commerce model which led to significant increases in revenue and gross profit margin.  

Oversaw all business operations with focus on replatforming and managing company website and launching and managing Brand Registered Amazon store.  

Implemented and managed e-Commerce fulfillment, digital marketing plan and built out a complete tech stack including inventory management, digital marketing platform (email and SMS), affiliate and ambassador programs, customer review program, marketing calendar and sales analytics.   

Hired and managed digital advertising agency as well as a remote Director of eCommerce.

Vice President Operations

Oversaw the daily operations of construction management department which managed hundreds of owner-built residential construction throughout 48 states.  Worked directly with construction lending partners, material suppliers and loan underwriters to ensure success for both business partners and customers.
