Proficient in Zendesk, Sales Force, Netsuite and Credit Card processing systems CyberSource and Adyen • Issue and coordinate refunds to customers by confirming with our distribution center and returns department • Contact customers for orders that fall on variance and issue refunds or replacements • Work with our subscription service platform Recurly to capture payments and customer information • Promptly respond to inquiries and requests both pre-sale and post-sale from customers through email, text and phone calls • Input orders, email invoices, process address changes, and process shipping carrier changes or delivery issues • Have constant communication with both the Customer Service team and E-Commerce Department regarding website, customer, and product issues.
