Special Events 

Support the growth of the National Ability Center’s programs through the successful production of fundraising events including (but not limited to): Barn Party, Summit Challenge, MOFO, Saluting Our Heroes Luncheon, Red, White & Snow, and all guild/turn-key events. As well as ensure that each member, guest and visitor of the National Ability Center receives the highest caliber of service.

-Manager for 6 major summer festivals, winter events & all 3rd party events in River Run Village at Keystone, CO 
-Organize all internal and external events (pre-event production; on-site logistics and execution, and post-event follow through)
-Create festival activation's that represent and build overall brand awareness
- Festival vendor management & recruitment of up to 120 food, merchandise, sponsor & miscellaneous vendors per event including load in/out, fees, booth locations, and all communication
- Work with non-profit beneficiaries to recruit and oversee 110 volunteers per festival
- Assists in sponsorship management with help in securing partnerships to execution at events
- Coordinate with entertainment booking agents to execute performance logistics, up to 16 bands per festival
- Oversight of event bars including staffing, inventory, product orders, sponsor activation, product placement, etc.
- Revenue management  & all festival point of Sale systems and online ticketing
- Ensures compliance to budget, expenses, and reconciliations on a per event basis. Budget oversight & accountability for 6 individual festival budgets & overall budgets 
- Utilized mapping system to comply with special event safety permits and regulations
- Create a social strategy for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Assist Events Director with marketing collateral including radio, print, digital, blog and websites.
-Address any PR needs, including, but not limited to press releases, news outlets, and onsite press
- Manager of special event coordinator 

-Conduct all wedding and conference site tours and create contracts for groups. 
-Onsite Venue Wedding Coordinator: coordinate vendors, timelines, layouts, sound system, bar contract, ceremony site and set up and reception set up. 
-Onsite Event Coordinator for all public programming: entry management, security, POS system set up and management, management of volunteers and management of bartenders. 
-Assistance with research and development of public programming for the venue. 
-Warren Station venue contact and onsite coordination of all 3rd party events (non-profit events, fundraising events, etc.)  
- Create contracts for venue and groups
-Development of punch lists, operations plans and site maps for the communication and execution of Warren Station events both private and public.
-Oversight and execution of monthly bar inventory, event bar menu development and bar staff scheduling for both private and public events. Manage bartenders for all public and private events. 
-Development, management and scheduling of Keystone Neighbourhood volunteers. 
-Development and execution of a Warren Station cleaning schedule and inventory up keep.

Warren Station Event Coordinator 

-Work with non-profits to put on a conference for low-income seniors and help them become aware of economy. 
-Create registration site for 25 sponsors and 250 participants using Eventbrite.
-Stay with in budget, to create a successful conference providing food, speakers, sponsor tables, writing supplies, prizes, etc

Aging Well Conference Intern

-Utilize the point of sale system and handle money efficiently, closing the register with up to $1,000.00 cash daily.
-Help put on creative and entertaining event banquets at the mid-mountain lodge for 200 guests, using customer service skills to serve guests politely and professionally and make sure customers are satisfied with event and food.
