• Manage team of 20 sponsored elite youth motocross athletes • Recruit and negotiate contracts with prospective athletes • Design and execute annual plan for team with the goal of maximizing brand and athlete exposure • Attend national meetings with series promoters to design annual plan to promote and grow amateur motocross racing • Build and foster beneficial partnerships with governing organizations & promoters to stimulate positive, ongoing relations within the motocross community • Develop and administer individual and team budgets of up to $250K to effectively maximize brand exposure • Create quarterly team-building activities/events for sponsored athletes • Order, prepare, and deliver racewear and product to athletes prior to racing events • Coordinate various PR opportunities & photo shoots with sponsored athletes to promote brand and athlete • Travel to 30+ national racing events annually to provide on-site support for sponsored athletes and to scout new talent • Review & accept/deny requests for discount sponsorships • Manage rider support application for discount sponsored athletes • Coordinated logistics for event displays/structures/promotional material/staff for a 17-round professional race series throughout the US • Worked with marketing team to design an effective consumer display/activation for race series • Direct event staff at national racing events to efficiently & effectively promote brand and products

• Project inventory needs and maintain sufficient stock levels for specified product lines using forecasting methods and re-order system • Create purchase orders and forward to vendors • Confirm ship dates with vendors and monitor delivery schedules to ensure product arrives on time • Organize and monitor dropship orders and all corresponding documentation including Bill of Lading, Country of Origin, Proforma Invoices • Maintain Arrivals List and communicate changes of arrival dates and other pertinent information to Management, Sales, Marketing teams • Update and maintain data pertaining to inventory maintenance, product arrival dates, vendor information, etc. • Develop and manage UPC codes for inventory items • Communicate with Product Manager and Designers as required during development of new products. Responsibilities include providing forecasts, pricing information, and contacting vendors as required
