Well-rounded brand marketing executive with 8+ years’ experience in lifestyle fashion, luxury real estate and CPG industries. Strong background managing small teams and agency partners to create effective brand campaigns that move the needle.

Leads the Brands & Campaigns team (Brand, PR, and Content Managers) responsible for managing the overarching BEHR brand portfolio. Develops and directs brand strategy to meet overarching business stretch goals and prove YOY market share growth. Works closely with research partners to measure brand health (GfK) and campaign effectiveness (Milward Brown, Communicus) to optimize strategy and advertising. Works cross-functionally to create product strategies for impactful launches into new adjacencies. Develops integrated marketing & advertising campaigns that successfully drive demand and increase consumer purchase intent. Manages external agency partners (Creative, Media, Social Analytics, and Research) to plan, concept and produce advertising through all paid, earned, and owned channels.

Senior Brand Manager

Manage creative agency to coordinate and confirm approval of location logistics including casting,
booking, negotiating fees, scouting, permits, insurance, craft services, damage control, talent
collaboration, transportation.
• Supervise job performance of direct reports; provide direction on set.
• Manage creative agencies, media agencies and publication account managers to organize the GTM rollout
of marketing components to regional schedules.
• Manage the delivery, retouch, color adjustment and approval of all art files for domestic and global
marketing teams.
• Oversee project development with internal creative team and external vendors to ensure work is aligned
with brand objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Lead administrator for bi-coastal teams for the rollout of Workfront project management tool.
• Develop project estimates based on specifications and both manage and track projects within budgets.


Global Marketing Associate/Project Manager

Establish process for new marketing functions, ensuring that all new marketing projects are completed
with a post-mortem to share wins, learnings and opportunities for other regional teams to adopt.
• Act as producer and art director for all local photo and video lifestyle photo shoots. Work closely with LA
production team on more extensive productions for print editorial and Compass Quarterly magazine.
• Establish preferred vendors and maintain relationships with photographers, videographers, publications,
developers and other external partners to build a strong vendor base for new offices.
• Point person and lead administrator in Workfront for all offices. Rolling out adoption for all eight areas,
and eighteen offices across the nation.
• Project manage all brand campaigns and product developments with HQ team in NY.
