Was the lead designer on all projects, establishing layout templates and standards
for digital offering memorandums, emails, event invites, and more. Worked with a variety of teams in different aspects of the company for all of their design needs.

SR. GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Designed offering memorandums. Edited documents for spelling, grammar, layout, and design. Reviewed and coordinated eblast schedules and timelines. Handled
vendor relations for photography and other outsourced materials.

Responsible for layout, design, and production of marketing materials including
brochures, email campaigns on multiple platforms offering memorandums, maps,
aerials, while maintaining current property listings, for a team of brokers who work in retail and restaurant leasing, development, and investment.

ART DIRECTOR

Print and web design for foodservice suppliers all over the United States, Canada, and the Cayman Islands. Working with vendors to meet brand standards in print
pieces from postcards to massive catalogs. Web, email, and app designs for a large
membership group. Design and construction of trade show/convention booths and collateral.

Graphic, web, and print design for car manufacturers and dealerships nationwide.
Assisted art directors in a high pressure, fast-paced environment. Organized and met
multiple brand standards in a variety of digital platforms.

Brand ambassador supporting multiple brands as needed. Lead the graphic design
team and ensured all marketing materials were consistent with the development of the brand. Oversaw and designed printed materials including a quarterly sales flyer,
large product catalog, direct mail pieces, custom presentations and advertisements.
Responsible for print and other brand related vendor sourcing.

CREATIVE LEAD
