Hi there, I’m Chase Facer, a designer, artist, and adventurer. I believe design should be an engaging and inspiring experience. My work has allowed me to design and deliver a range of experiences from product and interactive design for web, to branding and identity. Leading the design of ads & landing pages for SaaS & eLearning companies. Validating through A/B testing, iterations, & user research.  Collaborating closely with PMs & marketing team to define new goals for clients.

Collaborating with marketing & developer teams & working on a wide variety of cross-media projects involving product, UX, & digital design for startups & companies in the action sports industry. Engagements include: Bonfire Labs, Camp Creative, Mogo Interactive, IdeaScale, Surftech, & Teton Gravity Research. 

Freelance Designer

Lead the design & launched IdeaBuzz, a growing community for challenge solvers who want to transform industries & the world with their ideas. Created & usability tested wireframes & prototypes.

Improved the user experience and managed the project progress of the IdeaScale sign up experience. Worked closely with PMs, developers, & designers to define features. 

Senior Product & UX Designer

Designer & expert in residence for a UX design course. Coordinated design reviews, workshops, & provided mentorship & guidance for students.

Assistant UX Instructor

Lead the design in both production & marketing departments for apparel graphics, trims, & banner ads for the 2012 snowboard outwear line. Created all of the marketing materials & trade show booth graphics for SIA (Outdoor Retailer) in Denver, CO.
