National Operations and Training  Specialist

Responsible for managing business acquisition and staff training of retail locations across the US.
Create cohesive and efficient teams through onboarding and employee training on a national scale.
Measured success by developing and writing SQL queries to track sales progress, labor completed, add on sales metrics and technician efficiency.
Reinforce training and operational standards by writing daily and weekly standard operating procedures for all US retail locations
Develop and execute plan with contractors to meet the deadline of business reopening.
Work off of plans and blueprints, communicating with the design team to clarify any grey areas.
Communicate constantly with upper management and HR on training metrics progress.
Conduct daily huddles with team members and management prospects to check in on progress and create a plan for success.
Esure quality assurance though punch lists, shared online checklists and scorecards.
Minimize delays by effectively communicating expectations with authority.
Communicate quality discrepancies with team members, streamlining operations and ensuring safety.
Develop and foster relationships with reliable contracted work and equipment distributors.
Ensure profitability of projects, creating weekly, monthly and annual  budgets and reevaluating when necessary.
Forecast labor needs and plan budgets and staffing accordingly.
Debrief each project with team members and management, identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
Create safe work environment by conducting all operations complicity and up to code with WISHA, OSHA, EPA, ADA  and other regulatory organizations.

Responsible for working with sales staff to exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
On boarding and training new staff and working with tenured staff to develop sales skills and product education.
Exceptional skills with database and finance programs, responsible for training all other staff on Ascend, in depth experience with service and inventory management best practices.
Create the best possible experience for customers through a hospitality mindset, setting the customer up for success.
Train sales staff to increase initial bike purchase amounts, add on accessory sales and service write up totals.
Train staff on Guide Sales Process, and the value of daily debriefs and behavior reflection.
Stand in as store manager, responsible for all cash flow, store opening/closing and bookkeeping procedures.
Work with employees at both acquisition and greenfield locations to foster Trek's hospitality mindset and educate team members on standard operating procedure.
Responsible for organizing events and working with Trek Advocates to give back to the community and spark interest in cycling.

Sales Manager

Work with multiple locations' management, owners and general managers to develop cohesive plans for
Tailor emails to customers based on past purchases, event attendance, past service history and metadata gathered from customer databases.
Create trickle campaigns to engage customers based on past actions including cart abandonment, checking into retail locations on social media and participating in clinics and classes.
Measure campaign performance based on list of factors including: open rate, click through rate, sale conversion rate.
Plan and develop yearly and seasonal marketing plans based off of growth areas for the business and target customer groups.
Provide general manager and owners with reports of email marketing campaign success and develop tactics to improve performance.
Manage company social media pages, website/blog editorial  content and organize events and demo days.
Serve as interim manager for multiple locations, able to fill in and complete managerial duties as necessary on a very flexible basis.
Webmaster for retail site, responsible for all content, catalog updates, supplier inventory synchronization, web design, and order fulfillment.

Marketing Manager

Work with outside sales reps to fulfill orders and maintain inventory levels.
Work with customers to understand their needs and outfit them with equipment for success.
Collaborate with owners to build orders for upcoming seasons based on industry trends, customer needs and wants, and budgetary restrictions.
Communicate with service team for work orders and service deadlines.
Wax, tune and mount skis and snowboards for customers and floor stock.
