Union Sport Group represents 7iDP (7 Protection) and TAG Metals in the United States.  

At USG, I manage a team of two domestic sales representatives that cover the United States.  I am responsible in helping with day to day operations as well a driving new sales initiatives for the US market.  I am represent the company to numerous key accounts and customers in the central and south American markets.  I will also regularly attend events and trade shows to promote the product and speak with representatives from our key accounts.

USG only employs a few employees, so all aspects of the day to day operations are under my responsibility.

I was brought on to Industry Nine in July 2017 to lead the effort to spread the popularity of a smaller East Coast based wheel manufacturer to the untapped and difficult West Coast Region of the United States.

In my role at Industry Nine, I am responsible for both inside and outside sales, athlete management, marketing, and other various roles all involved with the bicycle market.

I spend most of my time in the office taking order and following up with shops and smaller OEM's to assist in helping the shops make the correct purchases for shop stock and custom builds.  I also split the customer service roll of nationwide end users and shops.

West Coast Sales Manager

While at Maxxis Tires, I served as the main sales representative for the United States.

I worked in the office and traveled quite often to various events and vendor visits.  While at events, I manned the booth to answer consumer questions and helped answer the difficult "which tire and compound do I need?"

While in the office, I was the main representative between our distributors and the factory in Taiwan.  I would check over the orders to ensure nothing was missed on either end and follow up with both parties to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible.  

I also assisted in inventory planning, purchasing, and inventory for the US distribution center in California, Texas, and Georgia.  I would assist the social media team in answering technical questions and would take calls and web based inquiries and assist in technical questions, warranty operations, and many other things.

Sales Representative - US

At KEMRON, I wore many different hats that ranged from hard hats on active cleanup sites to a report preparation hat.  

My main roll was to carry out/oversee field work for large scale environmental clean up sites that ranged from leaking UST's to large scale chemical spills.

I would develop a plan of attack, determine proposed cost, on-site safety, field work, and prepare the final report showing success on-site.
