Key Account Manager

Participate in annual Framework for Growth initiative aligning key strategic issues and opportunities for MillerCoors and its distribution network. Identify local and regional strategic opportunities to drive sales and operational efficiency. Provide distributors with industry leading best practices to enhance distributor profits. Lead the development, and ensure execution of distributor Cure Plans in support of the Sales Deficiency process. Extensive analysis and summary report identifying root causes to distributor poor performance. Lead external evaluation of market execution and collaborate with the distributor to establish a Cure Plan to be executed over a 90-180 day period to correct deficiencies.

Directly manage the 115 person sales and marketing team, along with 100 dotted line logistic/delivery personnel selling 6.3 million cases of product. Align sales, marketing and logistics to deliver annual sales, revenue, profit and market share targets. Motivate and train sales team to drive results, while developing sales team to feed corporation’s talent pool.

Director of Sales and Marketing

Responsible for the coordination of the Pacific Sales region’s analytic team to drive profitable volume and margin growth for the business unit. Develop strategic planning tools to drive and improve retail execution in the 4 western states. Uncover market opportunities and contributors to brand and package performance. Directly manage Business, Pricing and Post Promotion Analysts. Work in concert with the region Sale Directors & Pricing Analyst to develop pricing strategies and price promotion planning with responsibility for the promotional budget.

Director, Commercial Planning and Performance Management

Responsible for management and strategic direction of the Southern California sales area. Sales area consists of 5 sales teams (24 total team members; Work with Urban Managers and RAMs to grow the AB portfolio, through distribution, volume focus and brand development. Manage budget of $1.5 million and coordinate efforts between wholesaler and other AB departments.
2005 - 2007	Anheuser

Sr. Manager, Urban Sales

Responsible for the growth and execution of all the brands within the AB portfolio in key retail chains. Work with key retailers to secure ad features and display support to ensure the growth of the AB brands. Communicate and partner with the AB wholesaler family to ensure retail plans and programs are executed. Utilize AB selling tools, like dunnhumby and IRI to build selling programs that drive retailer category growth and grow AB market share.

Foster employee development as the region's training liaison and employment recruiter. Responsible for new in position training for Region Sales Managers. Participate in the hiring process for all region based positions. Ensure region adheres to the Company guidelines and processed the all required documentation. Coordinated region conferences and other region meetings. Ensure wholesalers exceed Equity Agreement standards to maximize the sales and profitability of all Anheuser-Busch brands as point person for RSM in the field.

Ensure wholesalers exceed Equity Agreement standards to maximize the sales and profitability of all Anheuser-Busch brands. Utilize collaborative selling approach to enhance wholesaler share of mind, improve operating efficiencies and provide improved sales performance. Work with Key Accounts, Brand Teams and Geo Marketing to assure successful execution of retail programs. Work with retail and marketing partners to enhance AB brand's presence in the local market.

Sr. Market Manager

Provide timely and accurate sales analysis for field sales team.  Provide support for wholesaler execution as well as the direct selling efforts of Key Account Managers.  Act as lead analyst on proprietary computer application. Generate sale reports and train Field Sales on application.

Business Analyst

Manage price promotion calendar and facilitate communication of pricing strategies to field sales and wholesalers. Work with field sales and wholesaler to ensure successful implementation of all pricing strategies.

Sr. Pricing Analyst

Responsible for the evaluation and coordination of all sponsorship and promotional activities. Develop budgets, coordinate special events, and execute national brand sales promotions. Work with Geographic Marketing to develop local sales promotions to drive volume increases.  Manage key brands within the portfolio to increase sales volume.  Develop sales incentives for front line sales personnel.  Provide sales analysis for sales management team.
