Direct assistant for the branch manager and office assistant to loan officers. Responsible for gathering documents from clientele, communicating between the processors, underwriters, clients, realtors, title agency, loan officers and other agencies; creation of daily pipeline report. Working through files by use of the daily pipeline report. Keeping track of expiration dates for locks on files and documents with time stamps. Maintaining e-mails for the branch manager and responding on his behalf. Running credit reports, verifications, review, identify, and resolve problems with loan applications. Multi-tasking with a pipeline ranging from 10-30 files. Organizing the office, setting up computers and offices for loan officers. Flexibility with the ebb and flow of daily tasks.

• Responsible for trend research, seasonal - theme, color theory, design, fabric sourcing, lab-dips, fit and timeline management. Tradeshow presence sourcing, research and development for active wear, mature women's, outerwear, and SMU market. Image editing, CAD illustration, technical packages, team coordination. Strong communication between Production manager to design team, other departments, suppliers and vendors. • Clientele such as Costco, REIGN Energy, TJXX, Pebble Beach, American Airlines, 24 Hour Fitness

Staff shirt production, and event set up, and strike down. Quality control, fabric testing, supplier and vendor communication. Project timeline management communication between senior designer vision and vendor production.

Product development, tech packs, and event coordination. Dye-Sublimation, embroidery, cut and sew production and management. Marketing lead for community events and out-reach utilizing social media and promotional tools. Pattern making and embroidery direction. Stack cutting and pattern organization. Detailed direction to in-house sew room.
