- Utilized influencers prior to launch for initial sizing feedback, media assets, and product reviews
- Sorted more than 100 data points of product feedback by importance/ frequency to continue R&D
- Completed full sales cycle and onboarding process to go live on Bloomingdale's, Hudson's Bay, and soon Macy's
- Took grass root approaches to selling product, which include pop-up events and sourcing custom orders
- Spoke to Ceo daily to discuss current opportunities, strategies, and challenges
- Hired and trained 6 interns, with twice a week check-ins to measure progress and continue training
- Created Kickstarter page complete with company video, details, and funding needs (launching this week)
- Closed Tommy Bahama for a multi-year pet license with a large upfront wholesale order to kickoff Holiday 2022
- Currently in talks with more than a dozen other major brands/ entities regarding a partnership, with 4 deals pending
