Hoven Vision sunglasses is an optics company based in San Diego and wholesales to the masses in the action sports industry. Established in 2002, Hoven Vision has grown its reputation in the Surf, Wake, and Fishing industries.
 
Responsibilities/ duties:
- Responsible for a team of eight field reps within the West Coast territory including Hawaii.
- Personally managed three sub-markets: Wake boarding/ Harley Davidson/ Resort-boutique. 
- Assisted the Wake Team Manager to create new product campaigns in be featured in reputable magazines ( AllianceWake Magazine and Unleashed Wake Magazine).
- Actively involved in new product development that included optics and apparel. 
- Overlooked multiple trade shows such as Surf Expo, Agenda, Outdoor Retailer, ICast, and Fred Hall Show
- Assisted with digital marketing campaigns on social media handles ( Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat) and grew our daily followers and brand awareness.
