I love being outside, and have worked in the outdoor industry for over 16 years. From all aspects of outdoor retail (management, buying, sales, merchandising, inventory distribution, logo merchandise design), to action, lifestyle, and product photography, to coaching snowboarding and mountain biking, to office management and virtual assistant work for sales reps - I am meticulous, detail-driven, and love to help people and projects thrive. I'm currently freelancing as a photographer and graphic designer, and have space in my schedule to take on new projects.

- Snowboard Certification Examiner for AASI Intermountain
- Run clinics, training, and exams with an emphasis on professionalism, goal-setting, and growth mindset
- AASI Steeps Camp, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 preparation clinics and exams 

- Photography Services: commercial photography, product photography, action & lifestyle photography, headshots, adventure photography, pet portraits, family sessions
- Social Media Services: manage social media accounts, including content creation and posting, increasing and fostering community engagement, daily stories, blogs, responding to comments and messages, creating social media and marketing calendars and campaigns, editing photos and copy, and creating on-brand templates
- Branding Services: design and create logos, templates, newsletters, brochures, business cards, flyers, brand style guides, and end-of-year reports
- Design and source logo merchandise that is brand-consistent and budget effective

Owner & Founder

- Emphasize safety, fun, and learning along with creativity in each lesson, camp, and training session
- Train new and returning instructors on topics such as teaching techniques, customer service, movement
analysis, steeps techniques, group camaraderie, managing groups with ability or cognitive splits, the CAP
model, overall rider improvement, carving, freestyle, and tips and tricks for setting up effective lesson
progressions and group dynamics
- Focus on camaraderie, collaboration, goal setting, and growth mindset in every product I teach and run
- Train and mentor instructors on a certification path, providing technical training, support, and helping to facilitate their learning process

Snowboard Coach/Staff Trainer

- Researched and ordered new merchandise based on past sales, budgets, and long-term trends 
- Planned, organized, and led a weekly Ladies’ Mountain Bike Ride throughout the summer
