In my own words

Cassandra

My goal is to apply my design skills and abilities to the active apparel industry and expand its possibilities.

I offer a strong design background supported by great multitasking skills, attention to detail and diligence for assuring a favorable outcome. I am quick to learn, extremely reliable and willing to tackle any task necessary to get the job done.

Since graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM), I have advanced with my current company to the position of Designer, actively designing and managing a variety of active sports apparel lines.

I am driven by a strong set of values that I have applied to the active wear industry over the years. I stay on top of current and upcoming market trends along with new brands, fabrics, and finishes. In my current position I have received high recognitions for my fabric sourcing abilities and my knowledge of cost perimeters.

As I personally live an active lifestyle involving a variety of sports, from snowboarding, to CrossFit, I’m able to keenly understand all aspects of the active wear market.

I’m confident that the passions I have developed for the active wear industry makes me a valuable asset, and I am eager to demonstrate my talents and skills in order to meet and exceed the expectations.
