• Assisted guests in selecting jewelry that best fit their tastes and style by asking appropriate open ended questions • Collaborated with sales team to give exceptional customer service throughout the entire holiday season including; Levian Show, our largest even of the year; contributing to $400,000 in sales • Opened / closed store which included cleaning showroom displays, balancing cash drawers, and product inventory

• Developed promotional events to increase brand awareness within outdoor shopping mall and city of San Antonio • Trained and oriented team members in collaboration with Store Manager, utilizing Altar'd States training framework; making recommendations for ongoing improvements to training approach and tools • Executed product and visual merchandising in the store to drive sales and create an exceptional and consistent customer experience

• Developed a marketing plan to promote the Venture Accelerator program with over 50 cross-campus partners • Provided administrative and event support for daily functions, board meetings and entrepreneurship competitions
