I'm an internet geek, skier, artist, mountain biker, coffee addict, marketing guru, card shark, and creative thinking who gets things done. 

I've spent the last 15+ years honing my technological, analytic, and creative skills at a variety of start-up companies focusing on high-growth revenue and top-notch client relations. I am passionate about start-ups and plan to dive back into that world in a few years.

• Developed and maintained an account growth strategy for my book of business resulting in an increase of revenue from $500K annually to over $6MM annually within a 2 year time frame

Senior Client Account Director - Awareness & Display

Responsible for overall business operations including staffing, training, and UDABC compliance in one of the busiest Apres Ski Bars in Utah. 

Oversaw and lead revenue growth of over 60% within first 2 years keeping focus on low cost of goods and high FOH customer service goals. Managed both FOH & BOH daily operations including inventory, purchasing, menu creation, licensing, and accounting. Maintained a remarkably low employee turnover and increased local returning business. Was fortunate to manage the best and hardest working restaurant staff in Utah.

General Manager - Legends Bar & Grill

WebMaster & Graphic Design 

• Helped lead full redesign of corporate web page including graphics, layout, and re-authoring copy
• Assisted in Q & A of changes in the look and feel of ZaneHRA software applications
• Completed trademarking of all company graphics, logos, product phrases, and URLs
• Liaison between Zane Benefits and advertising agencies, marketing companies, and printing houses to insure follow through

Inside Recruiter & Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer

• Created recruiting process by developing weekly reports and analytics to track hiring and interviewing processes
• Liaison between possible candidate and executive staff
• Review and screen all incoming resumes, covers letters, and education qualifications prior to scheduling interviews
• Interviewed over 150 senior level candidates via phone interviews and face-to-face meetings with our Chief Operating Officer
• HR contact for internal staff while managing employee benefits, salary changes, and constant posit

Retail sales of mountain bikes, road bikes, skis, boots, and soft goods for the action sport industry.  Custom bike fits, ski testing, and custom boot fitting including foot beds, liners, and shells.

• Worked in a 5 person production team developing original content and design for companies advertising in the Park Record and it’s publications including FlipSide, Park City Real Estate, Summer/Winter Sports and Recreation, and Utah Gardener.
• Assisted in managing Park City Real Estate Magazine.
• Thorough working knowledge of Quark, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator on both Mac and Microsoft platforms.
• Excelled in the deadline driven environment of publication and print.
