- Dive into market data and consumer insight continuously to build innovative, athletic and differentiated outerwear that meets and exceeds the outdoor athlete’s needs - Lead weekly cross-functional team meetings to solve challenges and manage deliverables - Plan strategic and differentiated Men's & Women's product line architecture that brings head-to-toe looks to life in segmented distribution channels - Drive go-to-market process, including catalog creation, managing SMS and merchandising showrooms - Collaborate with marketing team on product storytelling - Proficient in PLM software management and NPD Data

- Uphold brand values and enforce Universal Guarantee of Performance - Coordinate logistics with Operations and Returns teams, extensive knowledge of SAP, RNT, CRM systems - Remain in top 3 reps for sales conversion month after month - Train all representatives in Surf and Snow product lines - Engage customers and build loyalty through interaction on various social media platforms
