Top Management

- As Director of Revenue I am responsible for identifying, pitching, developing and closing partnerships that generate revenue and achieve other strategic objectives for Tempus Ex and it’s key partners such as the NFL and Pac-12 Conference
- Established strategic partnerships leveraging Tempus Ex’s Fusion Feed technology for various use cases including:
              - Providing NIL video opportunities for Pac-12 athletes with various partnerships with Curastory, Twitter and Opendorse
              -  Creating our Alliances program establishing commercial and technical relationships with top companies such as Opendorse, Curastory and Slate to enhance their products leveraging our FusionFeed API
              - Partnered with NFL and Pepsi on launching “Playoff Moments” content series using Tempus Ex’s proprietary FusionFeed Technology.
- Leveraging my extensive network of relationships and deep industry insights my role as Director of Revenue is to  identify ways in which Tempus Ex’s products can add value to different segments of the market, including broadcast/OTT/streaming, clubs/teams, digital/social media, and mobile and console gaming, and others that haven’t yet been contemplated by Tempus Ex


As Director of Conference Relations I oversaw Tempus Ex’s conference relationships starting with the Pac-12 as Tempus Ex’s main POC with conferences and ensuring they are getting the most out of  all of our products interacting with all key stakeholders on a day to day basis from senior leadership at the conference level to senior athletic directors at each university.

Director of Conference Relations

- Managed all platform strategic and technical partnerships overseeing growth of network partners such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Reddit, TikTok and others working with their Technical, Global Business Development and Partnership teams
- Contributed to the definition of Tagboard’s overarching product vision and strategy in collaboration with the COO, CTO, Revenue/BD Leadership and the Product/Design/Engineering team.
- Oversaw research and development and roadmap for Platform, Tagboard Graphics and Tagboard Producer products
- Created briefs and executive summaries for potential product initiatives to enable faster decision making and better explaining the greater impact and reasoning behind product changes taking into account partners, clients, revenue implications and overall product implications for each product.
- Oversaw and maintained all platform product improvements and growth revolving integrations 
- Responsible for developing successful new business strategies with partners creating measurable outcomes for each others businesses
- Grew Tagboard partnerships leads 418% YoY and increased partner total revenue closed by 70% YoY
- Added several key strategic partnerships to the Tagboard portfolio with data partners including Reddit, TikTok, Sportradar, Conviva, Grabyo and others


Director of Platform Product & Business Development

- Oversight of all global technology, distribution and channel sales partnerships for Grabyo
- Developing and managing a pipeline of new business and revenue for Grabyo through third-party partnerships while also finding partners to compliment the Grabyo product suite
- Responsible for developing successful new business strategies with partners creating measurable outcomes for the business
- Managed all business relationships with current partners such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snap, aws, Khoros, Brightcove, Comcast Technology Solutions, Singular.Live, Tagboard, Dizplai, Flowics, Make.tv and others
- Added a combination of ten new technology and sales partners during Q1 and Q2 of 2019


Director, Partnerships & Channel Sales

- Oversight of Customer Success, Operations and Account Management team for all Grabyo clients in the Americas region. 
Managing the Americas, Client Services team, I was responsible for overseeing Grabyo's first line customer support and client issue resolution providing ongoing account management and customer success for new and existing clients in the Americas.
- Responsible for product upsells and renewals for all Americas clients as well as oversight of client and trial onboarding and training process as well as support 
- Provided product team with client feedback through meetings, outreach and surveys for insight into product usage
- Contributed to Grabyo product roadmap prioritization with engineering team and product team

Director, Customer Success

Omnigon is a team of digital strategists, artists and technologists working exclusively in digital content delivery in the sports, media and entertainment industries. Since its founding in 2008, Omnigon has established itself as a market leader, focused on helping clients achieve returns on the strategic, creative and technical investments they’ve made. Omnigon, works with celebrated, global brands including PGA TOUR, AS Roma, NASCAR, World Rugby, Arsenal FC, Little League International, the United States Golf Association (USGA), FOX Sports, Miami Heat, IRONMAN, CONCACAF and countless others. 

My responsibilities:

•	Managed client relationships and expectations; solicited and acted on client feedback
•	Created and managed all scopes of work and change order requests for assigned projects and clients from sales/contract negotiation to execution
•	Responsible for overall account management, budget and team assignment for projects
•	Oversaw software development process and acted as primary point of contact for all projects for clients and internal team
•	Managed schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
•	Responsible for all client approvals and escalations
•	Created overall project management documentation and work with the project team(s) to execute
•	Actively monitored project risks and scope to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions; identify refinement opportunities and deliver improvements
•	Consistently managed client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
•	Documented and communicated project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
•	Monitor day-to-day activities of entire project team and ensure work is progressing

Project Owner

IOMEDIA harnesses the power of visual storytelling to reach, educate, and evolve the customer relationship across a number of business verticals, including healthcare, sports, entertainment, and architecture.

My Responsibilties/accolades:

- Maintained calendar of launches for all clients Ticketing Upgrade and Purchase Processes
- Coordinated with client’s Box Office Team as well as local Ticketmaster reps to aid and support -IOMEDIA Virtual Venue™ integration with Ticketmaster Archtics and Account Manager
- Ensured successful launches of all 100+ clients Ticketing Upgrade Process and Purchase process campaigns
- Represented IOMEDIA as the official conduit for all products integrating with Ticketmaster
- Attended all Ticketmaster meetings as they pertained to IOMEDIA integration with Ticketmaster for all products
- Developed POC applications and sites to expand the usage and experiences of IOMEDIA’s integration with Ticketmaster
- Researched and developed new integrations not related to IOMEDIA / Ticketmaster product suite

Ticketing and Integration Lead - Sports & Entertainment

- Managed projects from inception to completion of 3D modeled Virtual Venues with sports clients including those from MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, NCAA
- Worked on developing and managing the production of the Virtual Venue™ mobile application
- Managed meetings and overall process of all sports product improvements for all offerings from Virtual Venue to Season Ticket Portals
Maintained and prepared a release schedule for enhancements to all products
- Worked with Ticketmaster on enhancing current integration and developing new products and solutions for clients
- Managed project assignments for all Project Managers, maintaining calendars and keeping track of project hours and budget
- Managed all Ticketmaster Integrated projects for all sports clients including advising on relocation and purchase campaigns for teams utilizing the Virtual Venue product

Senior Project Manager - Sports & Entertainment

- Managed projects from inception to completion of 3D modeled virtual venues with sports clients including those from MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, NCAA, etc.
- Virtual venues are integrated with Ticketmaster to showcase Season Ticket Relocations and/or overall buy processes of ticketing plans online
- Helped oversee the development of Virtual Venue integration with Ticketmaster and future enhancements to the product
- Managed client expectations, internal resources and keep parties accountable for deadlines for the duration of the project.
