-Responsible for designing Gramicci Women's, Men's and kids lifestyle and outerwear apparel.
-Contribute in assisting Director with the Women's, Men's and Kids merchandising plan.
-Research Runway and market trends, along with competitive shopping.
-Design into Assortment. Balancing the fashion and outdoor market taking our brands handwriting, and mixing it with function and cost.
-Create all sketches and first fit tech packs. Measure garments. Evaluate garment fabric and specs and adjust specs into new fabric and design. Mock up designs on samples to mimic sketch. Add measurements, construction, stitch call outs and specs to tech pack.
-Create label artwork and interior/exterior marketing.
- Research big trends in print and graphics. Create print art work for various styles in illustrator as well as hand drawn artwork. Organize big ideas in graphic design and collaborate with director for passing off graphic ideas to designer. Re-color graphic tee designs in illustrator.
Hollister Co.
Senior Designer - Juniors Sweaters/ Knits/ Fleece/ Winter Accessories | 10/2013 - 10/2015
- Responsible for all of Hollister sweaters in store assortment, Online assortment (DTC), winter wear accessories assortment, fleece tops and bottoms assortment and knit bottoms, including in store and online.
- Responsible for managing and all designs for the Hollister Girls sweaters and winter wear assortment, fleece tops and bottoms and knit bottoms.
- Direct a team of 5 designers. Manage, guide and teach assistants/associates/designers about the company design eye, color, pattern, programs and technical aspects of designing sweaters and cut and sew.
- Direct fits, tech pack audits, tech passes and see through each design from initial concept through TOP's.
- Research market and runway trends. Organize and give direction to the team of designers. Organize designs into categories and assort the styles with the merchant team.

- Responsible for designing and managing the Hollister sweaters, knit tops and winter accessories department.
- Directed a team of 4 employees. Manage, direct, guide and teach new assistants and associates about the Hollister customer.
- Directed fits, tech pack audits, tech passes and gave specific design direction to each member of the team.
- Partner closely with merchant team to discuss costing challenges and assist in assorting the line.
- Colored up all skus the assortment. Worked closely with our sourcing team to develop new yarn for trend and cost.
- Travel on production trips, design trips and shopping trend trips around a total of 15%.

- Responsible for designing and managing the Abercrombie women's and Girls dresses and skirts assortment as well as Hollister Girls sweaters.
- Directed a team of 6 designers. Manage, direct, guide and teach new assistants and associates about the Abercrombie Women's and kids customer.
- Directed fits, tech pack audits, tech passes and gave specific design direction to each member of the team.
- Researched big trends in dresses and skirts and organized each trend into categories to identify where the styles should be placed in the assortment.
- Partner closely with the merchant teams to discuss costing challenges and assist in assorting the line.
- Color up all skus the assortment. Partner closely with our sourcing team to develop new fabrics for trend and cost.
- Design into a wide range of fabrications including yarn, cut and sew knits, woven, denim and laces.
- Partner closely with the CAD team on pattern and color direction with the guidance of the Design Director.
